0165 (2)(c) The provider had several cords assessible to children, in the first room next to the table she had a cell phone cord and a computer cord, in the main play room on the left wall she had several cords hanging along the wall, and behind the couch along a table she had phone cords that are not inaccessible to children. 0165 (2)(d) Under the kitchen sink the provider had plastic garbage bags that are not inaccesible to children. (provider locked while licensor was on site) 0165 (3)(c) ON the play ground along the fence the provider had a RAZOR ride on 36o toy that was broken with the wheel off that was not inaccessible to children. 0165 (4)(e) The water tempature was checked at the sink in the bathroom used by children and it was at 141 degrees, the provider turned the water tempature down a bit but it still read 135 degrees. Licensor told the provider to supervice children washing hands until she can turn the water temp down to under 120. 0165 (3)(d) In the room that the childrens cubbies are the provider had a stand up freezer that was not locked that was not inaccessible to children. 0165 (5)(d) The provider had an extension cord that ran next to the wall between the fire place and the couch that did not have a surge protector or was not plugged directly in to the wall.
